OS:
* PMCC is OS-independant - it'll run as long as you have a perl compilation for your OS.
Perl:
* PMCC is built for and tested on Perl version 5.8.8. It should work on earlier versions of Perl,
but i haven't tested it yet.
Perl modules:
* PMCC is dependant of only one module - POE: Perl Object Enviroment. You can get it from here:
